Fold each hand towel in half lengthwise twice. Start with one end and roll the towels together. Set aside. Repeat this process with the wash cloths. Fold each bath towel in half lengthwise and repeat the folding until the width of the towel is roughly 6". Roll the two towels together in the same way as the hand towels. You should now have the three layers of the cake.
By doing this hand grip exercise using towel, in combination with low-salt diet and aerobic exercise, you will eventually see a decrease in your blood pressure naturally right at the comfort of your home.
This happens to me all the time after I get past mile 20 in the marathon. It gets even worse once I hit the point of "nothing helps" -- the pain is awful, I'm exhausted (a deep, deep exhaustion, so deep it makes it difficult to fall asleep for several hours after you're done) and I'm extremely grumpy.
